About The Role
Role Overview This is a senior, pan‑European commercial leadership role with full accountability for the growth and performance of a major strategic partnership across Europe. You will lead the commercial strategy, execution, and relationship management with a key global partner, working across ~20 countries within a distributor‑driven model. The role combines strategy, sales leadership, and stakeholder management. You will not have direct reports but will lead through influence, aligning local business leaders, distributors, and cross‑functional teams to deliver against agreed growth targets. What You’ll Do Commercial leadership across Europe Own and drive the commercial strategy across ~20 European markets Translate central strategy into clear, executable country plans Deliver on revenue, margin, and growth targets agreed with the partner Ensure consistent execution across distributor networks Key account & partnership management Act as the primary European contact for a strategic global partner, managing the commercial relationship and alignment on growth strategy across European markets within a distributor-led model Build and maintain strong, senior‑level relationships Lead regular business reviews and strategic discussions Align long‑term objectives, innovation pipelines, and commercial priorities Driving execution through others Work closely with country sales leaders to implement sales plans Provide direction and structure, ensuring alignment across all markets Challenge performance gaps and drive accountability Support local teams in winning and developing business Distributor & channel management Manage and develop relationships with key distributors across Europe Identify growth opportunities within the channel model (SME segment focus) Ensure effective rollout of new products and initiatives Strengthen collaboration between partner, distributors, and internal teams Cross-functional collaboration Work with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to deliver results Align commercial plans with product launches and go‑to‑market strategies Ensure strong execution of innovation across markets Your Profile Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business, Commercial, or related field) 8–10+ years of experience in commercial roles (Key Account, Business Development, or Sales Leadership) Strong experience in international / multi-country environments Proven track record managing large strategic accounts Experience working with distributor-led or indirect sales models Comfortable operating in a matrix organization without direct authority Skills & Capabilities Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking Ability to influence senior stakeholders across countries and functions Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills Data-driven and structured in managing performance (KPIs, pipeline, forecasts) Hands-on mindset: you don’t just define strategy — you ensure execution High level of ownership and accountability Languages English (fluent) – business language Additional European languages are a plus Why this role?
