We Are Hiring: Compliance Control & Risk Management Team Leader (CCRM)

Lisbon, Portugal | On-site (Hybrid 50/50 after onboarding)

We are looking for a Compliance Control & Risk Management (CCRM) Team Leader to join our growing team in Lisbon. This is a key leadership role responsible for guiding a multilingual team, ensuring operational compliance, and maintaining high standards in risk monitoring and control processes.

Role Overview

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for

• Leading and managing a CCRM team in a fast-paced environment
• Ensuring strict adherence to compliance, risk, and control procedures
• Monitoring operational quality and escalating risk issues when needed
• Coaching, supporting, and developing team members
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve processes and performance

Language Requirements

• English: C1 or native level (mandatory)
• French: C1 or native level (mandatory)
• (French B2 may be considered if exceptionally strong and highly comfortable in professional use)

Mandatory Requirement

Proven experience in Compliance Control & Risk Management (CCRM) is essential

Offer Package

• Annual Salary: €33,780.00 – €35,400.00
• Meal Allowance: €12 per working day
• Full-time permanent contract

Work Model

• First month: On-site in Lisbon (mandatory onboarding period)
• After successful autonomy assessment: Hybrid model (50% remote / 50% onsite)
