• English: B2 or higher (mandatory)

Role Overview

As an Account Executive, you will

• Manage and grow client accounts with a focus on retention and reactivation
• Identify upsell and growth opportunities to increase customer investment
• Apply value-based selling techniques in a fast-paced digital environment
• Work within a structured sales pipeline
• Collaborate in a dynamic outsourcing environment
• Use CRM tools and MS Office for tracking performance and reporting

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone with

• Mandatory sales experience in retention/reactivation OR 3+ years in digital/social media/tech advertising sales
• Strong understanding of sales strategies and pipeline management
• Experience in customer service, sales, outsourcing, or marketing environments
• Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills, self-discipline, and motivation
• Experience with CRM tools is a plus
