Support Analyst – Client Support (AxiomSL) We’re looking for a Support Analyst – Client Support (AxiomSL) to join our team, reporting to the Client Support Manager. In this role, you’ll help deliver reliable, high-quality support experiences for our clients, ensuring they get the most value from Nasdaq’s AxiomSL regulatory reporting solutions. You’ll fit right in if you’re analytical, client-focused, and proactive, enjoy solving complex problems, and like working closely with global teams in a fast-paced fintech and regulatory environment. What You’ll Do • Provide first-line, expert functional support for AxiomSL products, resolving client issues efficiently via case management tools, email, and virtual meetings. • Investigate, reproduce, and analyze client-reported issues, delivering workarounds or collaborating with development teams when permanent fixes are required. • Act as a primary point of contact for client issue resolution, working closely with Customer Success, Product, and Delivery teams to share insights and drive improvements. • Manage ongoing communication with clients, providing clear updates and ensuring timely resolution aligned with client expectations. • Build and maintain domain expertise across one or more AxiomSL solutions, contributing to internal documentation, reporting, and support process improvements. What You’ll Bring • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. • 3–5 years of experience in client-facing support, business analysis, or first-line application support, ideally in financial or regulatory environments. • Solid understanding of regulatory reporting concepts and processes within banks or financial institutions; exposure to capital, liquidity, or disclosure reporting is a plus. • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. • Confident communicator, comfortable working with global teams and clients across multiple time zones. Nice to Have • Hands-on experience with AxiomSL / ControllerView (CV9 or CV10). • Working knowledge of SQL (Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server) and advanced Excel. • Familiarity with XBRL and multi-tier support models. This position will be located in Mexico City and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in‑office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
