Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and training & development
  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
  • 🔹 PAYROLL CLERK

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in payroll processing is an advantage
  • Knowledgeable in payroll computations, statutory deductions, and employee benefits
  • Familiar with government compliance requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
  • High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
