About the Role

As a Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional food experiences by

• Taking ownership of your section and maintaining high food standards
• Preparing and presenting quality dishes during busy service periods
• Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to execute menus
• Supporting junior chefs and contributing to a positive kitchen culture
• Assisting with stock control, food preparation and minimising waste
• Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.

About You

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready to progress
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume kitchens
• Passion for quality food and delivering consistent results
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
• Ability to work well under pressure and thrive in a busy service environment
