We’ve built an incredible network of over 400 teachers, coaches, and instructors in New York, Philadelphia, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Now Togetherhood is coming to Boston -- we're already partnering with schools and running classes, and we need amazing teachers and assistants to support them!

What You'll Do

You will be matched with opportunities to be a classroom assistant for 1-2 hour shifts at schools, buildings and communities across Boston. These classroom assisting opportunities will be for terms that could last anywhere from 6 weeks to 18 weeks. In this role, you'll have the following responsibilities:

• Assist the primary classroom instructor in facilitating a great class
• Consistently arrive at your class on time (or early!)
• Create memorable experiences for the children in your classrooms

Who You Are

• Able to create positive class community and build relationships with students
• Has excitement, joy and passion for teaching kids and personal development/learning
• Cooperative, supportive, flexible
• Has a strong work ethic and do whatever it takes mind set
• At least two references
