Job Requirement

Financial Management and Reporting

1. Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
2. Review journal entries and financial closing.
3. Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to Thai accounting standards and company policies.
4. Review balance sheet account reconciliations. Supervise the team to do it.
5. Manage cash flow, accounts payable, and receivable to ensure efficient operations.
6. Perform additional duties and special projects as required to support the finance department and overall business objectives.

Compliance and Auditing

1. Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, reporting requirements, and statutory filings.
2. Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities to facilitate audits and ensure compliance.
3. Identify and address any weaknesses in internal controls, implementing corrective measures to mitigate risks and safeguard company assets.

Financial Strategy and Planning

1. Support business growth by providing financial projections, analysis, and recommendations.
2. Contribute to strategic decision-making by analyzing financial performance and identifying areas for improvement.

Budget Preparation and Monitoring

1. Lead the preparation of the annual budget, coordinating with various departments to ensure alignment with company objectives.
2. Continuously monitor actual performance against budget, identifying variances and providing recommendations to optimize budget utilization.
3. Work closely with department heads to develop accurate financial projections and adjust forecasts as needed.

Team Leadership

1. Lead and supervise the team, fostering a culture of accuracy, integrity, and continuous improvement.
2. Support team members to ensure development and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications and Requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Accounting
2. Prior experience in an Assistant Financial Controller, Accounting Manager or similar role, with proven success in overseeing financial operations.
3. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., AccPac, or similar ERP systems).
4. Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to use advanced functions for analysis.
5. Familiarity with Thai financial regulations and tax codes.
6. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
7. Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
8. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
9. Strong leadership skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team collaboration.
