About The Role
Communication Assistant
Requirements
- To manage and grow the Banyan Living portfolio via effective use of TimeShareWare and other databases.
- To create, co-ordinate and/or reply to external communications from all stakeholders ensuring the tone of the brand and best interests of Banyan Living are always represented.
- To support the guest-facing image of Banyan Living, including support of visibility via Marketing or Revenue channels.
Specific Skills
- Create an annual calendar of communications
- Communication to Unit Owners
- Reply to general communications received via Banyan Living channels
- Management of databases
- Solicitation of owners including handover listings and transition of existing Laguna database
- Preparation of correspondence to any required party including newsletters
- Understanding of Owner Financial Statements and assisting to communicate these to owners
- Review pre-arrival communications by Global Customer Service (GCS)
- Communication with Estate Management Body (EMB)
- Communication with Condominium Juristic Person (CJP)
- Supporting e-Commerce and Revenue functions as required
- Any other tasks as specified by Department Head
