• 🔹 Shift Schedule: Graveyard Shift (start as early as 6:00 PM PH Time)

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Workforce Management (WFM) Specialist to support US operations. The role requires strong expertise in real-time management, scheduling, and outbound/dialer operations in a fast-paced BPO environment.

💰 COMPENSATION PACKAGE

PHP 100,000 – 130,000 Basic Salary + PHP 3,600 OGA Allowance

🎯 QUALIFICATIONS

• ✔ Minimum 5+ years experience in Workforce Management (RTA and Scheduling)
• ✔ Strong experience in outbound/dialer operations
• ✔ Experience in people management is an advantage

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• ✔ Strong background in dialer/outbound dialer operations
• ✔ 5+ years WFM experience (RTA and Scheduling) + people management is a plus
• ✔ Proficiency in the following tools: NICE IEX ,Genesys, Pulse , CCD
