Sale record summary & Report analysis support (Japan MSP/China Wechat Mini program)
China VAT Fapiao manual and system maintenance
Sales audit
HK/China Mall Certificate account reconciliation/Store Mall certificate operation training
China store cash pick up vender management/PO and Fapiao support communication with vendors
Tax agency and vendor management
Vendor report review
Vendor billing review and check
Vendor cost allocation for different departments
Projects support
Company incoming projects support
Departure Tax Refund data collection and analysis
Ad hoc/Others
Store supplies
Refund support investigation
Store finance devices trouble shooting

What you need to bring

Excel/CET 6/IEST ACCA/CPA students prefer
Prefer 6 months at least or more /3 days a week at least
Professional working English email writing and oral speaking are required
