Job Description

• Assist in performing technical service tasks and resolving technical issues.
• Prepare and maintain reports on technical service activities.
• Support the technical service team in daily operations.
• Ensure adherence to technical service protocols and standards.
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support.
• Maintain accurate records of technical service activities.
• Membantu dalam melaksanakan tugas layanan teknis dan menyelesaikan masalah teknis.
• Menyiapkan dan memelihara laporan tentang kegiatan layanan teknis.
• Mendukung tim layanan teknis dalam operasi sehari-hari.
• Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap protokol dan standar layanan teknis.
• Memberikan bantuan teknis dan dukungan pemecahan masalah.
• Memelihara catatan yang akurat tentang kegiatan layanan teknis.
