Job Description

• Supervise daily activities of operational staff, ensuring efficient and effective workflow.
• Ensure effective execution of operational plans and procedures, meeting performance targets.
• Resolve escalated operational issues and challenges, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and analyze performance reports, identifying areas for improvement and supporting decision
• making.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to operations staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to branch operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated and cohesive operations.
• Mengawasi kegiatan harian staf operasional, memastikan alur kerja yang efisien dan efektif.
• Memastikan pelaksanaan rencana dan prosedur operasional yang efektif, serta memenuhi target kinerja.
• Menyelesaikan masalah dan tantangan operasional yang tereskalasi, serta menerapkan tindakan korektif yang diperlukan.
• Menyiapkan dan menganalisis laporan kinerja, mengidentifikasi area yang perlu ditingkatkan dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan.
• Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan perusahaan, standar operasional, dan persyaratan regulasi.
• Memberikan pelatihan, bimbingan, dan dukungan kepada staf operasional, serta mendorong budaya keunggulan.
• Memantau dan melaporkan indikator kinerja utama (KPI) yang terkait dengan operasi cabang.
• Berkolaborasi dengan departemen lain untuk memastikan operasi yang terintegrasi dan kohesif.
