Role Overview

The Human Resource Senior Manager will lead and oversee all human resources functions with a strong focus on Employee Relations, Recruitment, and Employer Branding. This role will drive HR strategies that support nationwide operations and ensure alignment with organizational goals. A background in property management is highly desirable.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles, preferably within the property management or real estate sector.
  • Proven expertise in Employee Relations, Recruitment, and Employer Branding.
  • Experience managing HR operations across multiple locations or nationwide.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and talent management strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations: Lead and manage ER initiatives, including handling complex employee concerns, conducting investigations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive and productive work environment across all locations.

Recruitment: Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition strategies, ensuring timely hiring of high-quality candidates to support nationwide manpower requirements and business expansion.

Employer Branding: Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organization's market presence and attract top talent across regions.

Establish and implement HR policies, systems, and frameworks aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.

Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning, organizational development, and change management initiatives.

Oversee other HR facets including performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and employee engagement programs.

Monitor HR metrics and analytics to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement.

Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure consistent and effective HR service delivery nationwide.
