As part of the consulting function, this role contributes to large-scale, enterprise-wide strategic program execution . This role will support the program manager in effectively managing the program , creating efficiency in execution and building a best in class change consulting function.

Purpose of Role
The Project Manager is responsible for supporting the Program Manager in driving the execution and delivery of change across large change initiatives . This broad portfolio includes strategic, regulatory, business transformation delivering business outcomes across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Support the Program Manager in d eliver ing a portfolio of key change initiatives, with direct ownership of certain aspects of the program lifecycle and/ or specific workstreams .
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and manage relationships with project workstream leads and partners across business lines and corporate functions , ensuring sustainable and cohesive project delivery.
- Oversight Framework: Partner with the program manager to e stablish and monitor an effective oversight framework leveraging best practices while adapting it to unique program requirements, to ensure issues and risks are appropriately identified , escalated, and resolved.
- Communication Strategy: Support the development of a robust communication strategy and provide transparency around delivery progress to all key stakeholders.
- Project Management Tools: Utilize proven project management tools and techniques, maintaining consistent, high quality project management discipline to drive efficiency and maintain artefacts to evidence project integrity
- Conti nuous Improvement: Leverage new technologies to introduce efficiency, effectiveness and best practices to the team

Salary Range
$60,000 - $101,250 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
