About The Role

Ideate, conceptualize, visualize, write, produce, direct, and edit unique on-air promos for all content across the Star Vijay network
Ensure promos deliver fresh creative perspectives and consistently stay ahead of the competition
Infuse local flavor and Tamil cultural sensibilities into campaigns to ensure relevance and audience connect.
Maintain high creative and production standards, aligning with the channel’s philosophy, and delivering campaigns on time and within budget.
Collaborate with content teams to develop impactful briefs and campaign ideas that maximize engagement.
Strategize and generate creative promo concepts to keep audiences excited and anticipating episodes.
Define and execute the channel’s visual identity through packaging and graphical elements.
Partner with Marketing and Strategy teams to deliver region-specific campaigns tailored for local audiences
Produce showreels, AVs, and flash presentations as needed for internal and external stakeholders
Foster creativity, innovation, and collaboration within the team, providing leadership and mentorship to the OAP and Graphics functions
