About The Role

End-to-end development and execution of on-air promo campaigns, including launches, sustenance communication, special properties, and channel initiatives.
Conceptualize promo strategies, scripts, shoot concepts, and creative communication plans aligned with programming and marketing objectives.
Manage promo shoots, post-production workflows, stakeholder reviews, and final campaign delivery within defined timelines.
Partner closely with Programming, Marketing, Production, and Digital teams to create impactful audience-facing communication.
Drive creative innovation through new storytelling formats, editing styles, music, graphics, and emerging technologies including AI.
Monitor campaign effectiveness and continuously enhance promo quality to maximize viewer engagement and tune-in performance. To work closely with the Research team to understand trends in viewership across channels and translate these into action points for OAP
