We Build What Matters.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow Texas social media presence; provide support for TA (talent acquisition) social media
- Support community service initiatives, employee events, and culture-building activities
- Manage Google Ads campaigns and website content/updates
- Visit job sites to capture and curate stories, photos, and content that build brand awareness
- Provide occasional support to CSP/Proposals as needed
- Champion ESOP messaging and help drive company culture across Texas
- Take on broader marketing deliverables as a versatile, "jack of all trades" contributor
Who You Are
- Strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to take direction, then take ownership
- Trustworthy, dependable, and able to consistently follow through
- Self-starter mentality; comfortable operating with limited oversight
- Willingness to travel to job sites regularly
- Experience with CRM databases (Salesforce or similar — we use Unanet)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Social media management experience
- Website management experience
- Google Analytics experience
- Canva experience
Nice to Have
- Bilingual (English/Spanish strongly preferred)
- Construction or industry-adjacent experience
- Experience with InDesign
- Broader marketing versatility beyond digital (print, events, proposals)
