About The Role

Job Summary

Provide technical IT support to employees and branches while assisting in maintaining the company’s cybersecurity, systems, networks, devices, and IT infrastructure. The role is responsible for resolving technical issues, monitoring security risks, ensuring system availability, and supporting the business across head office and restaurant branches.

Responsibilities

Provide first- and second-level technical support to employees and restaurant branches.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, system, and connectivity issues.
Install, configure, maintain, and monitor computers, POS devices, printers, CCTV systems, and other IT equipment.
Monitor network performance and ensure stable connectivity across branches and head office.
Support user accounts, access permissions, email accounts, and IT systems.
Monitor cybersecurity alerts and identify potential security threats or vulnerabilities.
Assist in implementing and maintaining cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls.
Ensure antivirus, endpoint protection, security patches, and software updates are maintained.
Monitor unauthorized access, suspicious activities, and potential security incidents.
Support data backup and recovery procedures and ensure critical systems are protected.
Maintain accurate records of IT assets, incidents, configurations, and user access.
Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required.
Ensure IT issues are properly logged, tracked, resolved, and escalated when necessary.
Conduct regular checks of IT equipment and systems across restaurant branches.
Provide technical guidance and basic cybersecurity awareness to employees.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies, security standards, and procedures.
Prepare regular reports on IT support activities, incidents, system issues, and cybersecurity concerns.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant experience in IT support, cybersecurity, network support, or a similar role.
Good knowledge of hardware, software, operating systems, and networking.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, endpoint security, access control, and threat monitoring.
Experience troubleshooting IT issues and supporting multiple locations or branches is preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, networking, CCTV, POS systems, and IT infrastructure.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple technical issues simultaneously.
Ability to work flexible hours and provide support when required.
Experience in the restaurant, retail, hospitality, or multi-branch environment is preferred.
