About The Role
CMP VP Internal is responsible for completing administrative tasks, keeping the executive team organized, and ensuring CMP operations align with CUS guidelines as the program transitions into its new direction.
Time Commitment
4 - 6 hours/week
Term of Employment
July 2026 - April 2027
Main Responsibilities
- -
- Attend all executive meetings and record meeting minutes for each session
- -
- Manage internal logistics for CMP Home Base programming, including space booking for coffee chats, mixers, and transition events
- -
- Become familiar with CUS policies and assist Chairs with ensuring compliance in service functions.
- -
- Respond to messages and online inquiries directed to CMP
- -
- Assist in tracking executive deadlines and keeping the team on schedule
- -
- Support onboarding and coordination of upper-year big sibling volunteers and pod facilitators
