Delivery Manager

We are looking for an Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery of software projects, including a flagship AI-Native product currently in active development. The role owns scope, capacity, cost, and timeline across the project lifecycle and works directly with an international client daily — excellent English communication is essential.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of the assigned project(s) : manage scope, capacity/resource planning, delivery timeline, and cost/budget throughout the project lifecycle. 
• Lead delivery of an AI-Native product currently in active development, coordinating closely with engineering, QA, product, and design teams. 
• Plan, scope, and manage MVP delivery under fixed-price contracts, including estimation, change control, and margin/timeline protection. 
• Act as the primary point of contact for the client, running daily/weekly stand-ups, status calls, and steering committee meetings directly in English. 
• Build and maintain project plans, milestones, and RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies); proactively escalate and mitigate risks. 
• Manage scope changes and change requests, keeping client expectations aligned with contractual commitments — critical for fixed-price MVP engagements. 
• Coordinate capacity planning and resource allocation across teams to protect delivery commitments and quality. 
• Track delivery KPIs (scope, schedule, cost, quality) and report progress to both client and internal stakeholders. 
• Partner with Product Owners/BAs to refine the backlog and prioritize the AI-Native product roadmap. 
• Manage stakeholder communication, expectation-setting, and conflict resolution between the client and delivery teams.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. 
• At least 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager / Delivery Manager in software development or IT outsourcing/services. 
• Proven track record managing fixed-price MVP projects , from scoping and estimation through delivery. 
• Solid grasp of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid) and standard delivery artifacts (project plan, RAID log, status reports).
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal — able to work directly with an international client daily. 
• Strong capability in scope management, capacity/resource planning, budgeting and cost control, and risk management. 
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing projects involving AI/ML products or AI-Native platforms is a strong plus. 
• PMP, PMI-ACP, PSM, or equivalent certification is a plus.
