Hourly pay rate: $24.84-$27.04

A little about this job

Supervises lift operators in the operation of the lifts in an assigned area.
Maintains department and company standards with a high attention to detail.
Conducts mid and end of season employee evaluations.
Investigates / documents lift and employee incidents as required. Prepares necessary documentation in a timely manner.
Communicates relevant topics in daily morning meetings.

Requirements

Must include a resume as part of your application.
High school graduate or equivalent experience.
One season in lift operations.
Strong guest service skills.
Effective communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.
Strong writing skills.
Must be flexible with weekly schedules and daily start times.
Must be proficient in skiing / snowboarding in variable conditions.
