Warehouse Operator – Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) Location: Canning Vale, WA Type: Full-Time, Permanent (38 hours/week) Who We Are Iron Mountain is a global leader in storage and information management services. Our Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) division sits at the heart of the circular economy. We provide high-security data sanitization, decommissioning, and remarketing of ICT equipment. When businesses upgrade their technology, we ensure their old data is destroyed and their hardware is handled with total security and environmental responsibility. As a Warehouse Operator, you are the backbone of our logistics chain. This isn't just about moving boxes; you will handle high-value technology and execute critical data security protocols. What You’ll Do In this role you will: Efficiently load/unload delivery trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks. Accurately pick, pack, and palletize ICT equipment for domestic and international shipments. Use handheld scanners and inventory software to track assets in real-time, ensuring 100% data accuracy. Assist in the secure handling of sensitive hardware designated for data sanitization or physical destruction. What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate will have: A current and valid Forklift (LF) Licence is essential. Basic knowledge of computer components (CPUs, RAM, Hard Drives) and comfort using digital inventory systems. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely (up to 20kg) and remain active throughout the shift. A strong work ethic with a commitment to consistent Monday–Friday shifts.
