Impact You'll Make: Bachelor’s degree in engineering / analytics / mathematics / statistics / economics • Master’s degree in similar fields will be an advantage • 2+ years of modeling experience • Experience of leading data science projects & teams • Extensive experience with predictive modeling in the lending side of the banking industry. • Experience with Indian banking will be an advantage. • Strong proficiency in tools and technologies such as R, Python, Spark, Hive, and SQL. Exposure to the deployment process of predictive models will be an advantage. • Self-starter, ability to work independently, handle ambiguous situations and exercise judgement in variety of situations. • Strong communication, organizational, verbal & written skills. • High degree of responsibility and ownership, strong multitasking, coordination and tenaciously looking for ways to get results. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
