In this role, you’ll help keep the Academic Affairs learner pipeline organized, accurate, and moving. You’ll partner with academic institutions, technology teams, operational leaders, and other teams across the health system to make sure learner information is collected, maintained, and ready when it’s needed.

💼 What You’ll Do

  • Manage and maintain accurate learner data throughout the academic lifecycle
  • Partner with affiliated schools and academic programs to collect required learner information and meet critical deadlines
  • Maintain real-time learner rosters and help ensure learners receive the appropriate access based on their roles and rotations
  • Organize, standardize, and improve data collection processes across Academic Affairs
  • Use data management and analytical tools to extract, organize, validate, and analyze information
  • Maintain academic affiliation agreements, expiration dates, rotation sites, and contracted learner information
  • Collaborate with IT, Organizational Development, operational leaders, and academic partners to improve learner processes
  • Identify data quality issues and opportunities to make learner operations more efficient
  • Support reporting and analysis that provides insight into academic operations and learner pipelines
  • Explore AI-enabled tools to streamline data collection, reporting, analytics, and workforce intelligence

🧠 What You Bring

  • Strong data management, mining, organization, and analytical skills
  • Confidence working with Microsoft Office, information systems, and data management tools
  • Ability to maintain accuracy while managing large and complex sets of information
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to turn complex information into clear reports and insights
  • A problem-solving mindset and willingness to recommend new and innovative solutions
  • Experience or interest in using AI-enabled tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to improve data management and analytics

📋 Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • 1+ year of experience managing data-related projects involving systems thinking, research, or analysis
