What makes this role exciting As an Associate HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR function at CloudPay United Kingdom Ltd. You will work closely with senior HR Business Partners and business leaders to deliver effective HR solutions, contribute to talent management, and foster a positive employee experience within our UK operations. #LI-AP1 #LI-HYBRID Main responsibilities Support HR Business Partners in providing strategic HR guidance and support to assigned business units. Assist in the implementation of HR programs and initiatives aligned with business objectives, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and learning & development. Conduct research and analysis to support HR projects, data reporting, and provide insights to HR Business Partners. Advise employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance with UK employment law. Support the employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and change management activities. Contribute to the resolution of employee relations issues, including investigations and disciplinary processes, under the guidance of senior HR professionals. Assist in the development and delivery of HR training materials and workshops. Maintain accurate HR records and data within HR systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Participate in HR team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR department. Experience needed for this role Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Demonstrable experience in an HR generalist or HR coordinator role, preferably within a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with HRIS systems is desirable. A proactive and collaborative approach with a willingness to learn and develop.
