About The Role

The Sr Finance Analyst North Cluster Latam will work collaboratively with FP&A Manager and Area Finance Team, local business partners and Business Heads to coordinate key financial support.

  • Support monthly, quarterly and Annual Plan and LBE’s  process and reports making sure that Revenue and investments are properly managed proposing proactive solutions to achieve targets and boost growth.
  • Maintain accurate and timely financial reporting data in Corporate financial systems, and local reporting.
  • Collaborate with Accounting Shared Service, CoE’s, Supply & Logistics Team to ensure complete, accurate and timely results.
  • Develop Finance tools to track key projects KPI’s and provide timely advise to business leads identifying new opportunities and risk mitigation

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Affiliate Management Team and Finance Director to deliver financial insights that drive business decisions.
  • Responsible for the month end close and financial reporting activities including monthly business and preparation of related review packages with variance analysis/commentary on finance performance.
  • Responsible for variance analysis and commentary for planning cycles and management reporting under direct guidance of Planning Manager.
  • Assists with financial support to functional business managers. Supports Accounting Shared Service monthly close and financial reporting processes by reviewing results for completeness and providing variance commentary.
  • Monitor and control internal processes: expenses, commercial policies, cost structure, and business cases. Ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on Sales, SG&A, Distribution Margin, and local profitability.
  • Identify and manage continuous process improvement.

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics (Master’s or CPA preferred).
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, ideally in finance roles with direct interaction with business counterparts, responsible for reporting, analysis, planning, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical skills, attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Competency with spreadsheets and financial modeling. Demonstrate proficient skills in data manipulation and financial systems
  • Proficient in SAP, SmartView, MS Office; experience with HFM, CTE/Concur is a plus.
  • As part of this role, the analyst will engage in daily verbal interactions with international teams, so a fluent and professional command of English (written, oral and reading skills) is mandatory.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven international environments.
  • Language: Bilingual English is mandatory – verbal communication with global teams on a daily basis.
