Senior Product Manager, Charging Experience

About The Role

What you'll do

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for driver-facing applications, including native mobile apps, web app, and customer white labeled apps. You’ll also contribute to the site host experience when your features impact both drivers & site hosts.
  • Serve as the resident expert on the charging experience, consumer needs, and the competitive landscape for drivers.
  • Champion the EV driver’s perspective, and emphasize the value of a growing group of drivers to commercial customer success
  • Work with Product Operations and Engineering to ensure we treat data as a first class citizen, empowering analytics and reporting
  • Define and track key product metrics to measure success and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to build solutions that make home and public charging and seamless for users.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver impactful product improvements.
  • Drive go-to-market strategies in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Continuously refine the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Deliver iterative, incremental improvements while working towards long-term strategic goals.

Your experience

  • 5+ years of professional product management experience in a SaaS or consumer software company.
  • A proven track record of launching and managing successful B2C mobile products.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Prior experience with native mobile development, payments, web analytics is a strong plus.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work cross-functionally with finance, sales, marketing, and engineering teams.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • A passion for EV charging and making a positive impact on the environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience .
