About The Role
A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Lead, manage and develop the Flight Representative network across the U.S. and Canada, setting clear expectations, recognizing strong performance and proactively addressing performance issues.
- Recruit, onboard and retain high-quality Flight Representatives, strategically growing the network and improving coverage across key private aviation locations.
- Design and deliver structured training and development, including onboarding programs, checklists, operational guidance and clear service standards to ensure consistency across the network.
- Bring strong aviation and business experience, with previous leadership experience and the confidence to manage, coach and develop a geographically dispersed team.
- Build trusted relationships across ACS Private Jets and with Jet Card Managers, working collaboratively to deliver reliable communication and an exceptional experience for clients.
- Act as the senior escalation point for Flight Representatives during live operations, remaining calm under pressure, making confident decisions and providing hands-on support before, during and after flights.
- Develop and maintain strong FBO relationships across North America, travelling regularly to strengthen existing partnerships and identify opportunities to support network growth. The role will remain primarily office-based, with travel undertaken as required.
- Manage and develop the Flight Rep Coordinator, ensuring effective scheduling, communication, organization and utilization of the Flight Representative network.
- Use reporting, coverage data and operational feedback to drive continuous improvement, identifying gaps, improving processes and supporting strategic growth of the department.
- Be a highly organized, adaptable and emotionally intelligent leader with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, strong attention to detail and the flexibility to travel and provide on-call support when operationally required.
