EL ROL

El CSP Coordinator Distributor Markets lidera la estrategia de portafolio para Latinoamérica y el Caribe, integrando principios de Price Pack Architecture (PPA), y Revenue Growth Management (RGM) con las necesidades de cada mercado para impulsar un crecimiento rentable. A través del análisis de tendencias, competencia y oportunidades de negocio, define un portafolio óptimo por país y canal, asegurando su correcta ejecución comercial. Además, colabora estrechamente con marketing, ventas, supply y distribuidores para adaptar estrategias globales, maximizar la disponibilidad de productos y apoyar la toma de decisiones comerciales en mercados de exportación.

RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE

• Liderar la definición y evolución de la estrategia de portafolio y Price Pack Architecture para Distributor Markets en Latinoamérica y el Caribe, asegurando una oferta competitiva, rentable y alineada con las prioridades regionales y globales.
• Definir el surtido, las arquitecturas de precio y los formatos óptimos por país, canal y segmento, considerando el rol estratégico de cada marca, SKU y ocasión de consumo.
• Identificar oportunidades de racionalización, innovación, premiumización y formatos de acceso para impulsar crecimiento rentable y simplificar la complejidad del portafolio.
• Integrar principios de Revenue Growth Management en las decisiones de portafolio y colaborar con Marketing, Ventas, Supply Chain y distribuidores para garantizar una ejecución consistente en todos los mercados.
• Adaptar estrategias globales a contextos locales
• Generar insights y apoyo a decisiones comerciales

LO QUE BUSCAMOS

Experiencia en Portfolio Management, Trade Marketing, Category Management, Revenue Growth Management o áreas comerciales dentro de empresas de FMCG. Pensamiento estratégico y orientación a resultados, con capacidad para traducir estrategias de portafolio, Price Pack Architecture (PPA) y Revenue Growth Management (RGM) en planes comerciales accionables. Sólido entendimiento de gestión de portafolio, Price Pack Architecture, Revenue Growth Management y dinámicas de canal, identificando oportunidades para impulsar crecimiento rentable. Habilidad para trabajar con múltiples mercados y adaptar iniciativas a diferentes contextos culturales, regulatorios y comerciales. Capacidad para desarrollar recomendaciones basadas en datos, integrando insights de consumidor, desempeño comercial, rentabilidad y tendencias de mercado. Capacidad analítica para interpretar datos de ventas, desempeño de categorías y tendencias de mercado, generando insights accionables. Experiencia trabajando con distribuidores o en modelos de exportación será altamente valorada. Inglés avanzado y exposición a entornos multiculturales
