About The Role

The Administration Officer provides high-quality co-ordination and administrative support for the mask fit testing service and Health Placement Support Hub. The role delivers accurate advice and timely service to students, staff, and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient management of bookings, stock control, accurate data entry and management, and compliance with relevant standards. Working as part of the Health Placement Support Hub team, the position contributes to a positive student experience and assists with Fit for Professional Practice requirements and the effective operation of mask fit testing services within the University. 

About you

Completion of an associate diploma or certificate-level qualification with relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant work experience and/or training in administration, data entry, or data management.

This is a continuing, full-time position and will be primarily based at the Griffith University Gold Coast campus. As Griffith is a multi-campus University you may be required to work across other campus locations.

Griffith University’s campuses are located on the lands of the Yugarabul, Yuggera, Jagera, Turrbal, Yugambeh and Kombumerri peoples.

Salary Range

The full-time equivalent base salary will be HEW Level 4 range $76,126 - $80,321 per annum + 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $89,067 - $93,975 per annum.
