Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Tianjin is currently seeking applicants for a process engineer to join our growing Vishay General Semiconductor (China). Responsible for Tianjin back-end process sustaining and improvement, and work for Tianjin manufacturing process system and technical maintain for improvement.

Job Location

Vishay General Semiconductor (China) Co., Ltd. is one of the TOP 100 enterprises in Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area, Tianjin, PRC. There are around 1900 employees currently work here.

What you will be doing

Set up and maintain manufacturing process documents
Sustain manufacturing process ,trouble shotting and problem solving in production lines.
Involve and coordinate the engineering projects for process continue improvement, as well as cost reduction
Work for yield & quality improvement
Cross work with Front-end and other functions for business development
Conduct operators training and certification

What you will bring along

Academic/Professional Education Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Semiconductor physics , electronic field with relevant certifications are preferred.
5 years above of working experience in relevant Experience 5+ years’ experience Electronic/semiconductor manufacturing experience
Good technical troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities for manufacturing process .
Good quality system and tools application (e., g DOE, SPC, FMEA,etc)
Speak, Read & Write fluent English & Mandarin.
Good team work competency and project coordination/handling experience .
