About The Role
- Identifying areas for improvement and optimization of resources through Industry 4.0 / smart factory technologies.
- Conduct research into new robotic technologies and apply them to create innovative systems or enhance existing capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of different plants, including production, maintenance, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of new developments with existing systems while adhering to cybersecurity measures.
- Provide training and support to shop floor personnel for the successful adoption of new technologies, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal utilization.
- Vendor onboarding and proposal management
- Lean methodology while project implementation
