The ideal candidate for this position is a versatile "jack of all trades" with experience in interior tenant improvements / remodeling, including basic electrical and plumbing repairs

Demonstrated expertise in home maintenance and remodeling
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Complete set of tools for the job
Effective communication skills with clients
Capability to handle paperwork, invoices, and collect payments
Proficiency in English is crucial for maintaining a secure construction working environment and facilitating effective client communication

General maintenance and handyman repair tasks
Select demolition / de-construction
Drywall patching, repair, and painting
Millwork and trim
Door & hardware installations and repairs

Basic electrical work
Basic plumbing services
Ensuring efficient use of materials and maintaining an adequate stock of necessary equipment
