Job Description

Domains: Supply Chain

Job Responsibilities

Work with clients to understand their Supply Chain-related business requirements and assist in providing suitable solutions using the IFS ERP platform.
Support the configuration of IFS ERP based on client business needs.
Assist with system testing, training, demonstrations, and documentation.
Help identify and resolve functional issues and provide support to customers.
Work with senior consultants and project teams to complete tasks within agreed timelines.
Support customers with post-implementation and ongoing system support.
Build knowledge of IFS ERP and Supply Chain processes.
Communicate with customers and internal teams to understand requirements and support project delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
6 months - 1 year of experience in Supply Chain, ERP, or a related field.
Basic understanding of Supply Chain processes such as procurement, inventory, purchasing, or logistics.
Experience with IFS ERP or another ERP system will be an added advantage.
Exposure to ERP implementation, testing, configuration, or support is an advantage.
Comfortable working with business stakeholders, technical teams, and finance professionals.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and develop expertise in IFS ERP Finance solutions.
