Senior Supervisor - Production Operations

1. Supervise daily production activities to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely operations.
2. Achieve production targets according to the production plan, quality standards, and customer requirements.
3. Monitor manpower, equipment, materials, and production capacity.
4. Coordinate with Production Planning, Warehouse, QA/QC, Engineering, and other departments to execute production schedules.
5. Monitor production output and identify delays, bottlenecks, and capacity issues.

Ensure effective utilization of manpower, machines, and raw materials.
