The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-focused Invoicing Agent to join their team on a fixed-term basis. This role will be responsible for reviewing, processing and managing invoices, ensuring information is accurate and any discrepancies are followed up and resolved promptly.
Key Responsibilities
- Review incoming invoices and check them against budgets and supplier records
- Follow up with internal stakeholders, including Care Partners, when information is missing or discrepancies are identified
- Process and approve invoices through Redmap, or flag exceptions requiring further attention
- Maintain accurate records and track outstanding issues through to resolution
- Use Excel, including filters, pivot tables and lookups, to manage and clean data
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve invoicing queries and ensure processes run smoothly
What You Bring
- Previous experience in invoicing, accounts administration, data entry or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when reviewing financial information
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow issues through to resolution
- Comfortable working with systems and learning new platforms.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to following up on discrepancies and missing information
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with internal teams

- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
