Clarke Energy is seeking an experienced Commissioning Coordinator to play a key role in delivering successful EPC projects, leading the execution of the Commissioning Plan to ensure seamless progression through construction, commissioning, closeout and final handover.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and coordinate commissioning activities across all phases, including FAT, installation verification, pre‑commissioning, commissioning, and performance testing
  • Execute the Commissioning Plan, manage scope of work, and coordinate internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure safe and efficient delivery
  • Oversee development and approval of commissioning procedures to ensure compliance, safety, and quality outcomes
  • Monitor progress against the commissioning schedule, including look‑ahead planning, daily oversight, and timely resolution of punch list items
  • Prepare and manage QA documentation, system validation, and handover packages to Operations, including certification requirements
  • Provide clear reporting on commissioning progress, risks, and issues that may impact delivery, while supporting prioritisation of system handovers.

What You’ll Bring

  • Trade or Engineering qualification, with relevant experience in commissioning or project delivery environments
  • Demonstrated experience in commissioning roles across mechanical and electrical disciplines, with the ability to work across both areas
  • Strong technical knowledge and hands on experience in testing, pre‑commissioning and commissioning activities, ideally within power generation or heavy industry, exposure to industrial control systems is desirable
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Sound understanding of Workplace Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards, with a strong commitment to safe work practices
  • Flexible and collaborative approach, with the ability to engage effectively across design, engineering and site based teams.
