We’re Hiring: SAP CRM Application Support

Location: DXC Manila IPC McKinley Hill, Taguig City

Key Responsibilities

The SAP CRM Application Support facilitates the implementation and support of the technical solution to enhance the client’s business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.

Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy client’s needs.
Design, development, customize, configure and testing of CRM.
Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions.
Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and fix problems.
Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high-priority issues.
Document functional designs, test cases and results.
Develop comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials
Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to deliver integrated solutions that meet client requirements
Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective.
Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a can-do attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness.
Problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate.
Fluent in English

Qualifications

3-5 years of hands-on SAP CRM experience within Agile delivery squads.
Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
At least 1 years of experience in the relevant industries.
