About The Role

Job Summary

The Supply Chain Associate is responsible for providing operational and administrative support in the day-to-day activities of the Supply Chain Department which includes assisting in procurement, inventory monitoring, logistics coordination, and documentation to ensure efficient flow of goods and materials within the commissary and across Fredley Group brands. The role helps maintain accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in processing Purchase Requests (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) in coordination with suppliers and internal departments.
  • Conduct basic sourcing and canvassing to obtain competitive quotations.
  • Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
  • Assist in monitoring stock levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team for receiving, releasing, and recording inventory movements.
  • Help conduct periodic physical counts and reconcile discrepancies in records.
  • Support the scheduling and tracking of deliveries to commissary and store locations.
  • Prepare and verify delivery documents such as DRs, pull-out slips, and receiving reports.
  • Communicate with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate dispatches.
  • Maintain organized records of procurement, inventory, and logistics transactions.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports and summaries for management review.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all supply chain documentation for audit purposes.
  • Work closely with the Procurement, Warehouse, and Production teams to align schedules and material requirements.
  • Support initiatives for process improvement, cost-efficiency, and service quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in supply chain, inventory, logistics, or procurement (experience in the food or manufacturing industry is an advantage).
  • Fresh Graduates with internship experience related to the role are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and inventory or ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
