About The Role

  • Hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying applications using Google AppSheet .
  • Strong experience with AppSheet data modelling, views, slices, filters, workflows, Bots, automated actions, and application security.
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Power Automate for workflow and cross-platform automation.
  • Strong experience working with PostgreSQL as a backend data source.
  • Experience with SQL queries, database integration, data transformation, and performance optimization.
  • Experience integrating AppSheet with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and third-party applications.
  • Good understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, API-based integrations, and bidirectional data exchange.
  • Experience implementing security filters and role-based access controls (RBAC).
  • Experience troubleshooting application performance, data synchronization, connectivity, and latency issues.
  • Understanding of relational database concepts and schema design for AppSheet-connected applications.
  • Exposure to SQL Server is desirable.
  • Exposure to Google App Engine is desirable.
  • Knowledge of ITSM tools, notification platforms, and enterprise integration patterns is an advantage.
  • Exposure to Agentic AI and intelligent automation concepts is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end applications using Google AppSheet, including data modelling, UX/UI design, views, slices, and workflow automation.
  • Configure slicers and filters to enable advanced data segmentation and role-specific, context-aware views for end users.
  • Develop AppSheet Bots, automated actions, notifications, scheduled tasks, and conditional workflows to automate business processes.
  • Build and manage AppSheet APIs and custom integrations with third-party and enterprise systems.
  • Implement security filters and role-based access controls (RBAC) to ensure data privacy, governance, and controlled application access.
  • Optimize AppSheet applications for large datasets, high-concurrency usage, performance, and reliability.
  • Design webhook-based integrations to trigger real-time events between AppSheet and external platforms such as REST APIs, ITSM tools, and notification services.
  • Develop Microsoft Power Automate workflows to integrate and automate processes across Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 ecosystems.
  • Integrate AppSheet with Google Workspace services including Google Sheets, Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint, and DocuSign.
  • Develop REST API integrations to enable bidirectional data exchange between AppSheet and enterprise applications.
  • Integrate AppSheet applications with PostgreSQL and SQL Server databases.
  • Develop SQL queries for data retrieval, transformation, validation, and performance tuning.
  • Design and maintain database schemas aligned with AppSheet application and data-model requirements.
  • Troubleshoot data synchronization, database connectivity, integration failures, and latency issues across AppSheet and relational databases.
  • Explore and implement Agentic AI and intelligent automation capabilities to enhance application workflows and business processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable AppSheet applications and automated solutions.
  • Ensure applications follow security, governance, integration, and data management best practices.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
