About The Role

Accurate and timely update of all incoming inventory within the DC
Daily, monthly, quarterly, annual reporting of shipment discrepancies resulting in reimbursement of short shipments
Strong communication between Order To Cash, Allocation and Canadian head office departments to ensure up to 98% fill rate of orders
Solid understanding of inventory flow to reiterate accuracy issues and take corrective actions
Accurate, timely and meaningful facility reports assisting in reconciliation of receipts.
Strong communication among peers that works effectively in the changing business needs and arising inventory issues
Reconcile and enter data in system, perform release adjustments, cycle counts, analyze, correct, validate and ensure timely update of receipts of the FGI for allocation
Verify accuracy of manual inventory input against system-generated reports and perform necessary adjustments to reconcile data
Adhere to controls and hold other departments accountable
Prepare required paperwork for all Reworks requests
Raise & initiate issues surrounding domestic and Overseas contractors
Analyze and modify exception reports to ensure accuracy of FGI
Reporting and dashboard monitoring
