Job Description

Update and maintain updated supplier database (Vendor list, PEPP, SUMO)

Collect and share information within the sourcing manager, category manager, procurement manager, Qualify, and Engineering to effectively qualify suppliers based on the qualification process.

Generate a report from the data, identify gaps in the sanity of the information, and correct as aligned with various stakeholders. • Regularly report vendor information to Management.

Any other duties as reasonably required.

Qualifications

• Familiar with sourcing, vendor management − Strong Excel skills.
• Experience in data management, updating, and collection
• Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data and relevant software
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Fluent in English. Any additional languages are an asset
