Job Description

工作內容：

  1. 執行電話聯繫作業 ( 電訪外撥 /080 電話接聽 )
  2. 處理客戶 / 業務員線上問題、疑難問題解釋
  3. 配合永續政策推廣 E 通知

資格條件：

  1. 配合話務加班
  2. 具溝通協調及電腦文書作業能力
  3. 具保險 , 客服人員相關工作經驗者或金融相關科系畢業尤佳
  • Education – Degree / Field of Study
  • 學士/Bachelor Degree (必要)

Work Shift

正常工時 (Regular) - 需打卡 (Taiwan)
