Job Description

Job Summary:**

The Analyst QC will be responsible for performing quality control analyses on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with established specifications and regulatory requirements. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product quality and safety for SD Guthrie International Morakot Public Company Limited.

Job Responsibilities:**

Execute a variety of analytical tests and experiments using established laboratory procedures and instrumentation (e.g., HPLC, GC, spectrophotometers, titrators).
Accurately record, interpret, and analyze experimental data, ensuring data integrity and traceability.
Conduct routine calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
Prepare and standardize reagents and solutions according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Identify and troubleshoot analytical issues or deviations, escalating complex problems to senior personnel.
Participate in the investigation of out-of-specification (OOS) results and non-conformances.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment in compliance with company policies and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
Contribute to the development and revision of QC documentation, including SOPs, analytical methods, and specifications.
Collaborate effectively with production, R&D, and other departments to support quality initiatives.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Job Qualifications:**

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or a related scientific field.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a Quality Control laboratory, preferably within the pharmaceutical, food, or chemical industry.
Strong understanding of analytical chemistry principles and laboratory techniques.
Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting common laboratory instruments (e.g., HPLC, GC, UV-Vis).
Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g., GMP).
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
