Job Description
Job Summary:**
The Analyst QC will be responsible for performing quality control analyses on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with established specifications and regulatory requirements. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product quality and safety for SD Guthrie International Morakot Public Company Limited.
Job Responsibilities:**
- Execute a variety of analytical tests and experiments using established laboratory procedures and instrumentation (e.g., HPLC, GC, spectrophotometers, titrators).
- Accurately record, interpret, and analyze experimental data, ensuring data integrity and traceability.
- Conduct routine calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
- Prepare and standardize reagents and solutions according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Identify and troubleshoot analytical issues or deviations, escalating complex problems to senior personnel.
- Participate in the investigation of out-of-specification (OOS) results and non-conformances.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment in compliance with company policies and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Contribute to the development and revision of QC documentation, including SOPs, analytical methods, and specifications.
- Collaborate effectively with production, R&D, and other departments to support quality initiatives.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Job Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a Quality Control laboratory, preferably within the pharmaceutical, food, or chemical industry.
- Strong understanding of analytical chemistry principles and laboratory techniques.
- Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting common laboratory instruments (e.g., HPLC, GC, UV-Vis).
- Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g., GMP).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
