What you’ll do

Reporting to the Chief HR Officer and serving as a member of the Global HR Leadership Team, you will lead Nutreco’s Global Change Management Center of Expertise and shape how change is managed across the organisation.

• Own and continuously improve Nutreco’s global change management methodology, governance, standards and toolkits.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of global change managers.
• Set priorities across the change portfolio, balancing business needs, resources, risks and interdependencies.
• Act as the senior change management advisor to the HR Leadership Team and Management Board on strategic transformation initiatives.
• Drive change capability across Nutreco through training, coaching, communities of practice and maturity assessments.
• Lead the people side of major global transformations to ensure readiness, adoption and sustainable business outcomes.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is responsible, accountable and ready to Own this role. Someone who is a recognised change management expert, capable of influencing senior leaders, building capability and leading complex global transformations.

You'll also need

• Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
• 10+ years of change management experience supporting highly complex transformation programmes.
• Deep knowledge of change management methodologies and tools, including Prosci certification.
• Proven experience leading, coaching or developing change management professionals.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across cultures and organisational levels.
