Sales Support Professional to provide order logistics administration for the Molecular Imaging division in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. Includes:
- Reviewing, revising and processing system and accessory orders in SAP in a timely and technically correct manner,
- Maintaining a high level of communication with domestic and international sales organizations to manage the orders within your assigned geographic territory,
- Interfacing with Production Planning to ensure timely and accurate release of orders to production for complete and on-time shipment,
- Troubleshooting installation inquiries and supporting the parts replacement process for the Factory Installation Team.
- Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing of all shipped order activity
- Monitoring and maintaining order backlog,
- Providing reporting of order activity to support the department’s management reporting, and
- Working with other department members to ensure a high level of teamwork and efficiency are maintained throughout the group.
This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below
- You are familiar with order management, production scheduling and invoicing.
- You have experience with SAP Sales and Distribution module, Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
- You are detail-oriented, analytical, customer service focused, with strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal and external colleagues.
- You are a pro-active, problem-solver and team player who takes initiative and is willing to ask for guidance as needed.
Required skills to have for the success of this role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Supply Chain or Order Logistics experience

The base pay range for this position is
$73,030 - $100,419
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
