Overview

• We are seeking a high-impact Director of Engineering to lead and scale our engineering
• function. This role will own product design & development, engineering strategy, and
• performance optimization, driving innovation while building a strong, results-focused team.
• This is a leadership role with real authority to influence direction, improve operations, and
• deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• ● Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams
• ● Oversee product design and development from concept through production
• ● Drive engineering strategy and innovation aligned with company goals
• ● Optimize systems, processes, and team performance to improve efficiency and output
• ● Partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership to ensure execution
• ● Establish KPIs and track performance across engineering initiatives
• ● Evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and processes
• ● Manage budgets, resources, and project timelines
• ● Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• ● 10+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years in leadership
• ● Background in manufacturing, product development, or industrial engineering
• ● Proven track record of driving performance and leading teams
• ● Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement is a plus
• ● Strong business acumen and ability to align engineering with company goals
• ● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required (Mechanical, Industrial, or related)
