About The Role
The Role
- We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to contact small businesses and schedule appointments with key decision makers.
- This role requires high-volume cold calling from a provided list, along with consistent follow-up to nurture potential opportunities.
- The BDR will be responsible for setting both face-to-face and phone appointments, depending on the prospect’s needs.
Requirements
Success in this position requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to create meaningful engagement with prospects.
Expectations
Performance expectations are a minimum of one qualified in-person appointment per day or two qualified phone appointments per day.
