Clinician – Residential Treatment Location: Lewisburg, Pennsylvania Job Type: Full-Time (In-person) Pay: Starting at $60,000 Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Overview Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC) is seeking a dedicated Clinician to join our clinical team at our Lewisburg Residential Treatment Facility (RTF). This position provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of adolescents receiving behavioral health treatment in a structured, therapeutic residential setting. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide trauma-informed, evidence-based care focused on helping youth achieve emotional stability, behavioral growth, and long-term success. This role is instrumental in developing and implementing therapeutic interventions that promote positive treatment outcomes and support overall wellness. Key Responsibilities • Conduct clinical assessments and provide diagnostic impressions • Provide individual and group therapy services • Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans • Facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational groups • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including assessments and progress notes • Communicate clinical updates to treatment teams, families, and referral sources • Support the safety, structure, and therapeutic environment of the residential program • Participate in therapeutic activities and programming • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members • Attend staff meetings, clinical supervision, and ongoing training Qualifications Required • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in child or adolescent behavioral health • Current Pennsylvania licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT within scope of practice • Strong communication, documentation, and clinical assessment skills Preferred • Experience in residential or intensive treatment settings • Knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices • Experience facilitating group therapy and psychoeducational interventions Requirements • Ability to work effectively in a residential treatment environment • Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills • Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Lewisburg, PA • Position includes occasional on-call responsibilities Benefits • 401(k) with Company Match • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Life Insurance • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Referral Program • Ongoing Training and Continuing Education Opportunities (CEUs) Work Location This is an in-person position based in Lewisburg, PA.
